Storylands Atlas creates and sells story-led products, digital content, audio stories, collectables, printables, personalised merchandise, farm-inspired products, and related experiences.

Subscriptions and Memberships
Storylands Atlas may offer subscriptions or memberships for access to audio stories, story chapters, digital products, member-only content, limited releases, or other benefits.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until cancelled.
You may cancel future billing through your account portal or by contacting us at:

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund payments already processed, unless required by law.
Access to subscription content may end when your subscription is cancelled, expires, or fails to renew.

Personalised and Made to Order Products
Some products are personalised, custom-made, or produced after your order is placed.
This may include:
Personalised farm boxes
Custom names on merch

Custom collectables
You are responsible for checking spelling, names, sizing, colours, and personalisation details before ordering.
Once production has started, personalised and made to order products cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind, unless required by law.
If we make an error, or if the product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will make it right.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only.
Delivery times may vary due to supplier delays, postal delays, customs, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to collect, extra shipping fees may apply.
Risk in physical products passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, unless required by law.

Farm partner names, stories, products, images, or references may be used with permission where required.
