These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, buying from our store, accessing our digital products, and engaging with Storylands Atlas content.

1. About Storylands Atlas

Storylands Atlas creates and sells story-led products, digital content, audio stories, collectables, printables, personalised merchandise, farm-inspired products, and related experiences.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products and services online. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Product descriptions, images, colours, availability, pricing, and packaging may change without notice.

We do our best to show products clearly and accurately, but colours, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen, supplier, or production method.

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Claim the content as your own

Use our audio, story, character, artwork, recipe, quest, or collectable content to create competing products

1. Subscriptions and Memberships

Storylands Atlas may offer subscriptions or memberships for access to audio stories, story chapters, digital products, member-only content, limited releases, or other benefits.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until cancelled.

You may cancel future billing through your account portal or by contacting us at:

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund payments already processed, unless required by law.

Access to subscription content may end when your subscription is cancelled, expires, or fails to renew.

Subscription content, pricing, inclusions, release timing, and benefits may change over time.

1. Personalised and Made to Order Products

Some products are personalised, custom-made, or produced after your order is placed.

This may include:

Custom names on merch

Custom story products

Made to order apparel

Custom collectables

You are responsible for checking spelling, names, sizing, colours, and personalisation details before ordering.

Once production has started, personalised and made to order products cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind, unless required by law.

If we make an error, or if the product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will make it right.

1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only.

Delivery times may vary due to supplier delays, postal delays, customs, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to collect, extra shipping fees may apply.

Risk in physical products passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, unless required by law.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Businesses must not use terms and conditions that mislead customers about their rights to refunds, returns, exchanges, or remedies. You may use purchased products for personal use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, publish, upload, broadcast, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

1. Farm Partners, Locations, and Story Worlds

Storylands Atlas may create stories, products, and content inspired by real farms, locations, food traditions, landscapes, people, or cultural references.

Farm partner names, stories, products, images, or references may be used with permission where required.

You must not use Storylands Atlas content to imply a partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial relationship without written approval.

1. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, stories, names, feedback, testimonials, or other content to Storylands Atlas, you give us permission to use that content for business, marketing, product, website, and social media purposes.

We may edit, repost, share, or display user content, unless you ask us not to.

You must only submit content that you own or have permission to share.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, offensive, misleading, harmful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
